  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    We understand you're excited to get your paws on your custom PetPic Paw! 🐾 For Wool Pet Art Collection, each piece is lovingly handmade, so it usually takes about 9-10 weeks from the time you place your order until it's shipped. For Pawfect Charms Accessories, it usually takes about 3 weeks from the time you place your order until it's shipped. We'll keep you updated every step of the way!
  • Can I request changes after seeing the preview?
    Yes! We welcome your feedback during the preview stage. Minor adjustments can be made to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the final product.
  • What types of pets can you create?
    We can create wool felt sculptures of dogs, cats, rabbits, and other small animals. If you have a unique request, feel free to contact us!
  • How do I place an order?
    Simply choose your product, upload 3 photos of your pet from different angles, and provide any special details. We’ll confirm your order and start the crafting process.
  • What is your refund or return policy?
    Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, we strive to ensure you’re happy with your purchase and will work with you to resolve any issues.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size of the product. You will see the exact shipping fee at checkout.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, We ship your PetPic Paw worldwide 🌍! Once your custom piece is ready, we’ll carefully pack it and send it your way. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but we’ll provide tracking info so you can eagerly watch your PetPic Paw make its way home. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, and additional customs fees may apply.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Once your custom PetPic Paw is ready, shipping usually takes 5 business days within Hong Kong and 15-20 business days for international orders.
  • How will I know when my order has shipped?
    You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
  • What if my order arrives damaged?
    Oh no! 😢 If your PetPic Paw arrives damaged, please snap a few photos and contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll work quickly to either fix the issue or create a replacement for you.
  • Can I return my custom PetPic Paw?
    Your happiness is our top priority! Since each PetPic Paw is made just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. But don’t worry—we’ll send you pictures during the process to make sure you’re absolutely in love with the final product.
  • Are there any additional fees for international orders?
    International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • What should I do if my package is lost during shipping?
